Please watch the full shower door video before ordering so you can see exactly how to use size 0000 very fine steel wool to remove hard water stains with Koenig spray polish. For severely built up hard water stains you may need to work in small sections applying extra pressure and using rapid motion in a concentrated area until the spots are gone and then move on to the next area. If you go through the steps as recommended and it still does not remove the stains then there's a good chance that the stains aren't standard hard water stains and are actually etched into the glass and will require professional buffing to remove a thin layer of glass and remove the etching. If you do have etching Koenig polish will not repair the etching and we don't claim that it does.
